Paul, Michelle, Charlie and I are raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice in memory of Steven Steadman.
Since we lost Steven on the 2nd November 2011, we like to fundraise for Acorns and get involved with the walks in Steven's memory.

Steven was diagnosed with a brain tumour at 6 years of age and unfortunately developed another tumour at 15. After more treatment  and a milestone birthday,16 Steven's tumour returned with force this time  doctors were unable to give him more treatment and he became very poorly, we were recommended that Steven went to Acorns for end of life care.  Acorns were extremely good to us as a family and gave Steven the best care possible. They also made things a lot easier for the family as we could stay with him and people could visit when they wanted.

We are truly grateful for the help we received and we could never give back what they gave to us.

We try to continue to raise money for Acorn's in Steven's memory and I get involved with regular volunteering which I enjoy.
