I hope you can give as much as possible for BLISS. I obtained a place in the London Marathon through the ballot, but I have run a number of Great North Runs and the Manchester Marathon in support of BLISS, so this is where any charity money I can raise is going once more.

We have done many of these runs teaming up with our good friends and neighbours, David and Lisa and we usually run as a team- though they haven't got into the London Marathon with me!

Why was that?

The reason we support BLISS is that their second child, Sam, was born too soon at 29 weeks, and BLISS gave great support, to say the least. Our first child Mai was born at the same time as Sam. Mai and Sam have always been close and I am happy to say that they now are able to live life to the full.

BLISS are able to provide essential support to parents and children as required, and they are not able to do this without outside support, so please help them help others when they need it most.
