Statistics state that depending on many factors, 1 in 3 people will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime, not very nice odds, it could be any one of us that needs future treatment.

I have chosen Cancer Research UK because my wife’s mother sadly lost her two year battle with cancer last November.  It has been a devastating time for everyone affected and only time will make things bearable to live with. Apart from supporting my family, if I can do anything it is to keep raising funds in the hope that one day a cure can be found and other people don’t have to go through what my family has. Also many people I know have either lost someone or has someone that is fighting this terrible disease.   By funding Cancer Research UK our money can help with treatment and saving lives. In an ideal world there would be a cure, however this can only possibly happen if we keep on funding research. No matter how big or small, please help and donate, I intend to keep raising money for as long as it takes.
