I did a walk for Estelle last year, and I can honestly say it nearly broke me! My feet were ruined and my body was aching but thanks to the team and will power I broke through the wall and finished it. It's four days of constant long days and walking, sometimes you've got to just put your head down and go for it other days your sitting at the back wishing you didn't sign up for it.... But that's the point; the girls didn't sign up for it either, they were born with this and they can't control it or just give up, they've got to get on and deal with it as do their parents and if I can raise a little bit of money and help improve or make their lives any easier I'll be dammed if a bit of foot or knee pain stops me!! Imagine being stuck inside a body where whatever you tell it to do, it doesn't happen, where you 100% know what's going on around you but can't interact properly... That's what's happening to them and with the right funding and support these girls could be given a normal life.
