Story
I'm cycling with Fred when he visits East Anglia and the country's capital of cycling - Cambridge. I'll cycle 30 miles visiting schools and parishes along the route to raise awareness of global hunger.
As we go, we are also raising money to support poor farmers in Bangladesh who are typical of the many small-scale farmers who are unable to feed themselves, their family and their community.
But we can help them directly, by buying drought resistent seeds.
And we can help them by changing the food rules so they get a decent wage for their labour, so they don't have their land taken from them, and so multi-national companies pay proper tax rates.
