We fund research, awareness and training to increase survival rates of bowel cancer

Story

In 2015 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer.
In 2018 my brother was diagnosed with bowel cancer.  He died 6 months later.

Damon and I started Christmas mumming together in the early 1970s in St Albans and continued throughout his life.  He is the jolly green dragon.

Bowel cancer is curable if caught early and screening helps to prevent the cancer appearing in the first place.

Bowel Cancer West support research in the causes and processes of bowel cancer as well as raising awareness.

Science can only do so much.  Only 60% of people take up bowel cancer screening when offered.  Please make sure that you and your friends and family say yes, when they get the bowel cancer screening invitation.
