On Saturday 5th October I will be undertaking a 26 mile marathon walk from Chelmsford to the London Stadium at Stratford. This coincides with West Ham United's home fixture with Crystal Palace.

I have been a lifelong West Ham fan and lucky enough to be a current season ticket holder along with a very good friend who sadly lost his brother to Prostate Cancer last year. He too was a lifelong avid Hammers fan.

Prostate Cancer, a disease killing one man every 45 minutes in the UK and I hope this charitable walk will continue to help raise awareness. 

Please help me in my efforts to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. This wonderful organisation has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. It aims to shift the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention and support to stop prostate cancer being a killer. It is there for everyone who believes our fathers, brothers, husbands, partners and sons are worth fighting for.
