This is the first time I will run a marathon. I expect it to hurt! Yet every stride will feel lighter the more funds we can raise to help the NSPCC support children. These services are so valuable to some of the most vulnerable in society, and in Wales, I have felt that impact through the Speak out Stay safe campaigns run at primary schools throughout the country. The work of the NSPCC is so vital, so please give what you can and make every stride that little bit lighter on race day!
