Having been recently diagnosed myself I thought I would try and do something to raise money for Prostate Cymru ,I did the big walk in 2016 raising £500 unable to do it this year due to foot injury at the time, so thought I would  try the 2017 Cardiff half marathon never done one before should be interesting .Prostate Cymru do fantastic work helping welsh men get the best treatment possible and bring awareness of the disease in wales.
