In July 2013, after an emergency admission to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, I was diagnosed with bowel cancer and had major surgery followed by twenty five weeks of chemotherapy.  They saved my life and I am now in full remission and so I want to say a big thank you to all the people who worked so hard to make this possible.  The Big C is a local charity which not only helps fund cancer research at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital but provides wonderful support to patients and their families.  They constantly need funding in order to continue their valuable work. Please give generously.  Thank you.
