Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 10th August 2014 I have chosen to ride the 100 mile Ride London event that takes in the route used for the 2012 Olympic Games cycle road race. This is a tough course but the reason I am riding is worth the effort.
I am riding for St Richards Hospice in Worcester and for the memory of a great man, my Father-in-Law Brian Goodreid who was taken from us way too early by pancreatic cancer in August 2012, the same year as the Olympic Games.
Brian spent his last days being cared for by St Richards, and they made him as comfortable as he could be. They were also there for the family and were very caring and informative to help us through the difficult times.
This ride is the least I can do to help their care continue for others, and this is why I have set a target of £1000. I would like to raise more!
I have also set up a code you can text donations to.
Simply text SBRL55 £2, £5 or £10 to number 70070.
Any donations would be very much appreciated.
