Huntingdon’s is caused by a faulty gene in the DNA and affects the bodies nervous system, nerve tissues in the brain and spinal cord that coordinate the body’s activity. It can cause changes in movement, learning, emotions and thinking. There is 50% chance of inheriting it and as of yet there is no cure.
