Anyone that truly knows me ... knows that I am not someone who walks long distances ... even medium distances lol but 10,000 steps a day for 3 months ... surely even I can do this! 

In reality this is nothing in comparison to what we, as a family are living through (and many many more families up and down the country).  My mum has recently been diagnosed with Dementia and quite frankly it breaks my heart. 

Not only am I doing this in the hope that at some point we can find a cure for this cruel disease but also to raise money to provide carers with more support! My dad is amazing and cares for my mum every minute of every day!
