We fight for the hope of young people to create a society built for all children

Story

Thanks everyone for the great support, both with your donations and on the race course on the big day. I am really disappointed with my finish time of 05:23:40 which is way more than the 04:30:00 I had aimed for. I had never run more than a half-marathon (this goes to my blame, but I didn't want to risk injury or overexhaustion before the big day), so I hit the proverbial wall after 13 miles and walked most of the second half of the marathon.

In case you are reading this and have not yet donated but are thinking about doing so, you'll be very pleased to hear that you can still do so on this webpage for one month following the marathon (until 16 May).
