I Basically decided that i wanted to run the Virgin London Marathon and if im going to take on such a mamouth task then im going to raise some money doing so, then i had a a brain wave, Why not grab a group of girls and ask them if they want to do the same.

 

I had a great response from some of the girl friends i have on face book and before i knew it there are 5 of us training to Run, we just needed to decide which charity we wanted to run for. After looking at many different Charities that offer gold bond places we stumbled accross WELL CHILD and this one really stood out, as they support children with many different types off long term illness, they cater for each child and what their indivdual needs are, so we all agreed that this would be the one we applied for.

WellChild ... Help seriously ill children, young people and their families throughout the UK through our programmes of care, support and research. WellChild is the national charity for sick children.
