Last year I was part of a support group for a charity cycle.  This year I have decided to step up to the challenge and take part myself.

Easter Monday 2015, 5 colleagues and myself along with a 2 man support group will set off to cycle around every coastal county in Ireland.  

Are chosen charity is Cancer Focus Northern Ireland.

Cancer Focus NI provide help and support to local cancer patients.

Most of us know or having known families affected by this terrible disease and we as a group would love to raise as much as possible to help those affected.

Each group member is hoping to raise £1000 each, but it would be amazing if we could surpass our target.
