My wife highlighted the challenge found in our local Village Voice leaflet and thought it would be a good idea to assist me in my personal challenge of losing 5 stone in weight.

Whilst this challenge is helping with my personal goals, I would also like to give back to the Rennie Hospice Care whom provided care for my stepfather in the late stages of his losing battle with cancer.
