Story

I swam with the INS team on 3rd July; together we swam over 1000 lengths. I swam 256 lengths (over 6k). It went really well and was great to be part of the INS team.

Many of you will know that I started my career as an Occupational Therapist working in Neurology so I am a huge supporter and advocate of INS. It really does do amazing work.

I have been a Trustee of this charity since 2012. INS provides support and services for people living in Hounslow and Richmond with Parkinson's, MS, stroke and head injury to help them remain independent and have the best quality of life. Services include physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy, counselling, and information services, via home visits, individual and group programmes - both long and short term; therapeutic and creative activities; befriending; support and training for family carers.
