Sophie's MND 50km challenge
Sophie Kelly is raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association
Participants: Please note that 50% of the total monies raised will go to the central MND team and the other 50% to the local South Yorkshire branch
Story
4 years ago my Dad, John was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease. This horrible disease disrupts the bodies functions and cruelly there is no cure.
He was always a keen athlete, completing many endurance runs and leading climbs.
I have every year given myself new challenges to continue to raise money for MND. This year is the biggest challenge yet..... 50km
Currently unsure if my body has what it takes but I am not going to give up I will take my dad's bravery and put it into my running
