Having been given the chance to throw myself out of a plane at 7,000ft by well-meaning (?!) friends and family,  I want to make the most of the opportunity and raise some money for SANE.

Those of you who knew George Humphreys will know why I have chosen this particular cause.   Desperately sadly it is too late for George, but maybe we can raise some money to help others who are struggling.

I'll be doing the jump on Saturday, 30th July and I'll let you know how I get on.
