HITCHHIKING 1,200 MILES TO MOROCCO..........MAD? MOST PROBABLY.

 

Despite being obviously one of the most efficient and rapid means of reaching Morocco, the Hitch 2011 is a great way to raise awareness and hopefully funding for Link Community Development. 

 

Link Community Development is a network of nine organisations in England and Wales, Ethiopia, Ghana, Ireland, Malawi, Scotland, South Africa, Uganda and the United States. All organisations have a common vision to identify and remove the obstacles that exist today in accessing a quality education in sub-Saharan Africa. 

  LCD works in partnership with communities, schools and national governments and is committed to sustainable development. Working with local education authorities LCD learns first hand the practical difficulties that the schools face. The knowledge gained from working at district level is then utilised at central government level to help shape national education policy.
