Over the last year Claudia and I have gone on a bit of a journey.  It looked like she might be having absences and we had to through some diagnosis and a scary wait thinking of the implications if she did have epilepsy.  Thankfully Claudia got the all clear but there are plenty of parents and children who don't and we wanted to do something to support them.

Claudia has been training hard.  She likes to listen to the same song over and over and over again when running and introduces herself to every doggy we bump into.   Sometimes she moans but often she is  the one motivating me to get up and go out and run with her.  She's naturally a sprinter (she can totally own me on a short run) so the long run is a bit tough for her but she's building up stamina and during our walk run combos the runs are getting longer and the walks getting shorter.
