 In a moment of madness a few months ago I signed up to 2 half marathons in 2 weeks for 2 really worthwhile charities. In preparation for the run's i've got to know the local commons quite well! Hopefully I wont embarrass myself too much on Sunday

This is the first for Helen Douglas house, an amazing, inspirational childrens hospice that provides care for those with life shortening illnesses, but not only that, they provide support for the families. Thankfully i've not had to use the charity however I really believe charities like Helen Douglas house are so important support, so they will always be there. 

They rely on donations so anything would be really appriciated.
