Thanks so much for visiting my JustGiving page! I'm running the Vitality British 10k London Run on the 12th of July on behalf of CALM.

For those of you who don't know, CALM (the Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a charity which exists to help prevent male suicide in the UK. In 2013, male suicide accounts for 78% of all suicides and is the single biggest cause of death in men aged 20 – 45 in the UK. 

It's a really great cause- with our support they can continue to help men in the UK who are down or in crisis.
