Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Sophia Hyde, I am 8 years old and have Cystic Fibrosis.

I have been self shielding since 16th March and I wanted to challenge myself because of Captain Tom and what he has achieved.

Each day as part of my physio I am going to cycle 100 laps and run 100 laps of my garden. I will be doing 1,000 laps in 5 days. I have already completed 400 laps.

I am not allowed to go outside to exercise so I am doing it all in my back garden.

I am raising money for the NHS working to save lives because of COVID-19.
