After my trip to the Gambia in November, I have been looking for something else to help make a difference in Africa, and have now found this wonderful worthwhile cause. 

Despite the seemingly perfect environment in Zanzibar, life is tough.  1 in 12 infants die, often preventable causes.  1 in 220 Zanzibari women die in childbirth.

Health Improvement Project Zanzibar is changing this and you can be a part of the solution.
