Bupa Great North Run 2012 · 16 September 2012 ·

We help blind and partially sighted people to break down the barriers of sight loss

Story

I’m running in the Great North run on 16 September 2012 for the RNIB (Royal Nation Institution for the Blind).

I chose the RNIB due to my late grandmother who lost her sight at a very young age. I admired her for being a strong and happy person, although losing her sight was the worse thing that could have ever happen she remained positive and achived a great deal in her life.

Those of you who know me will know how much I love to run, being a northerner I always wanted to take part in the Great North Run and it was a great opportunity for me to run for a charity close to my heart back in hometown. So please dig in deep every penny counts.

Thank you for your generosity and support
