Story

Thank you for taking the time to read my story

I am  embarking on a once in a lifetime adventure walking from one side of England to the other on the Wainwrights coast to coast . A solid 192 miles of walking from st bees on the Irish sea it passes through three contrasting national parks: the Lake District National Park, the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the North York Moors National Park and ends up at robin hoods bay on the north sea.

And if this is not hard enough !!

I’ll be undertaking this route BAREFOOT
I will be camping all the way and carrying  pretty much everything in my rucksack.

So with all this in mind we have decided to do it for charity and the one I have picked is a local charity to me

Samuel started this charity aged 9 years old while fighting cancer.  He wanted to help other seriously and terminally ill children like him.

https://www.samuelscharity.co.uk

I searched high and low for a charity that stood out to me and having children myself and a daughter who has had multiple trips to hospital over the years and after speaking to Martin ( Samuals father ) and the passion he has for this charity my mind was made up this was the one I wanted to support

Please help me raise much needed funds for a worthy cause ❤

Samuels Charity began because of the experience of Samuel, who died at the age of nine from cancer. He was concerned about the other children in the ward and in other hospital wards across the UK. Before he died he left a legacy dedicated to improving the lives of thousands of children like him.
