LATCH was formed in 1982 by a group of families and friends who recognised that the children diagnosed with cancer or leukemia
and their families not only needed medical support, but also social and welfare support to ease the huge financial and emotional burden placed on families with a child on treatment.

Since my nephew was diagnosed with ALL Leukaemia in December 2018 they have supported my family from every angle. From
medical, financial and transport to and from different hospitals, Without LATCH things would have been a lot different for my family meaning my sister & brother-in-law wouldn’t of had half as much support as they had and continue to receive. Since COVID-19 spread its wings at the beginning of this year LATCH lost a lot of its funding so they need us now more than ever!!, Please don’t feel obliged to donate but any donations will be greatly appreciated.
