In memory of Margaret Fleming
St Ann's is delighted to bring you a new challenge conquering Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales! If you enjoy exploring, are itching for the opportunity to lace up your boots, conquer a Peak and smash a fundraising challenge this is for you!

Story

Stew, Louise, Gaz, Maz and Emma are all taking on this epic challenge to raise money for St. Ann's Hospice.

Stew's Mum passed away in the hospice on 7th January 2019 aged just 64.  His Pop was just 61 and his Grandma 70 when they also passed away at the Hospice.

Louise has worked at the Hospice for 12 years and Emma for the last year and they see the amazing work first hand on a daily basis.

Gaz lost his best friend to cancer two years ago.  His girlfriend Maz wants to support us all by taking part in our fundraising challenge.

Your amazing support with our Snowdon challenge will enable St Anns Hospice to provide care to people and their families living with a life-limiting illness in the Greater Manchester community. They provide a range of free services to patients, carers and their loved ones from three sites as well supporting patients in their own homes. By supporting Team Snowdon for St. Anns today you're ensuring we're always there wherever and whenever were needed.
