On the 27th January 2013 Miss Emily Bartle and Miss Lucy Smith throw themselves at mud, fire and ice to cross the finish line of the infamous Toughguy race to raise money for 'Help for Heroes'.
There will be blood, sweat, tears and all manner of squeals.
There will be rally cries, gnashing of teeth, gasping for air.
There will be (an extreme amount of) pain.
From now until then, through a rigorous schedule of chonger gym sessions, river dips and sudoku, we'll be training our bodies and minds to tackle this 15km track riddled with trenches filled with ice-cold water, dangling electric cables, mud slopes and fire leaps together. The road is long and slippery, but since when would that stop Smartle?!
This, no joke, will be the hardest feat two blondes have ever attempted so any sponsorship would be hugely appreciated to spur us on to push, rip and shatter ourselves through to complete the race, so please be generous and donate anything you feel this self-torture is worthy of/that you can spare.

WE WILL NEVER SURRENDER.
WHATEVER THE COST MAY BE.
