1 in 4 of us will experience at least one mental health problem in any one year and 3 in 4 of people suffering from mental illness get no treatment at all.

Join us in supporting the Scottish Asscotiation for Metal Health as we skate across Scotland  from Forfar to Oban this summer.

On the 17th of July we set off on a 4 day skate going through place like Dunkel, Killin and Couper Angus amoungst others. Help us and support our journey by donating kindly .
