Why am I dressing up in a Santa costume and running 5k around Greenwich Park this Christmas...?

I will be taking part in this event on Sunday 6 December on behalf of national disability charity Motability.

Motability provides help for disabled people in three different ways, they help with essential adaptations to vehicles, provide financial help towards the cost of a larger vehicle and they also provide grants to help with driving lessons. The 5,000 people they help are the most vulnerable on the Motability Scheme and without the generosity of supporters they would not be able to enjoy the personal mobility they deserve.
