On 6th April 2014, I will be running my first (and quite possibly only!)  marathon for an amazing charity, HCPT - the Pilgrimage Trust.  Every Easter, The Trust takes 1,000 disabled and disadvantaged children and young people on holiday to Lourdes in the south of France.http://www.hcpt.org.uk

 ...and I know what fantastic work that it does, because for the past few years I've been fortunate enough to travel with HCPT Group 184! For those of you who haven't experienced me gushing at length about what a great week it is, we take the kids to the beach, the mountains, there's a lot of singing, a good deal of silliness and the aim is always to ensure that they have the holiday of their lives.
