Story
In 2017, I lost my father to lung cancer. Cancer is a horrible disease, and although I did manage to spend some time with him before he passed, I was absolutely devastated when he died.
In his final days, we were all together as a family. However, we really couldn't have gotten through that time without the care and support from the Marie Curie nurses.
As some kind of effort to repay them, and make sure other families have this support in future, I am challenging myself to a hike in the Canadian Rockies. As you know, I am a Canada obsessive, so this suits me fine - but I hope you can support me in this worthy cause by donating, and also to help me in my training!
