Hello, and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am participating in this years London 10k Run, on 13th July 2014, for my work's established (since 1982) charity, Psychiatry Research Trust.

My inspiration for taking on these challenges is seeing patients benefit from our research so far at Kings College London. I am going to try and beat my record time while running this 10k. Any donation will help motivate me, but obviously more importantly, raise money for a really important and worthy cause.
