Sophie, Hollie, Shyam and I will be pounding the streets of Plymouth in a 10k run in memory of my brother Dan.

We lost Dan suddenly last October to heart failure caused by Cardiomyopathy. 

Cardiomyopathy is a group of diseases that affect the heart muscle.

More research and understanding of this disease is much needed, therefore the3ofus will be exercising our hearts for this great cause.
