Hello!

On Saturday 18th June I will be going up to Scotland to run up and down Mount Ben Nevis for charity. It's going to be a tough run, about 12 miles in total with an elevation of 4,406 feet but I've been training hard(ish!) and with your support behind me I hope to finish the run before it goes dark!
