Adrian and I go back along way(we were at school together) and even though we live only a few miles away we'd lost contact until recently. As part of my male menopause i took up running(badly) so when Ady suggested running for the Charity then i couldn't resist.

I did want to try and split the money with another Charity but don't know if you can do this with Just Giving - the other good cause is The Alex Hulme Foundation(please read it's website).
