Story

Hello everybody,,

As some of you will be aware my father died on Remembrance Sunday. The Rosemary Foundation were the charity that helped both him and my mother with vital personal care at home for his final days.

I cannot emphasise enough how incredibly kind, generous of time and invaluable their work was to our family.

As you all know (particularly those of you I know from the army) I detest running. As such I thought it best to put myself through an army fitness test per day for the entirety of January. It comprises of a mile and a half run (in 10:30mins - I’ll be lucky to get round it without walking at the start), 44 press ups in 2mins and 50 sit ups in 2mins.

If you want a laugh at my expense then you’re welcome to join me on one of the days. You never know, this also might help my standard of rugby…..

As a thank you I want to give back as much as possible to the ladies of the Rosemary Foundation. This will only go a tiny way towards the debt we owe you but it’s a start.
