In September I took on a 12k Spartan Race course....12k of trail, mud and water + 40 obstacles = 2 hours and 20 mins of hard work but one happy particpant at the end.

In November I'm aiming to go one step further and conquer Spartan Race's ultimate 25k 'Beast' course. I hope to complete the course in approx 4 hours 30 mins! Every penny donated will help spur me on :-)
