Hi all, 

Christmas is coming and something good needs to be done!!! As winter has almost arrived our motivation to keep us fit is getting very low and run wearing a Santa suit seems the best option to reduce the stress on performance. 

On the 4th December we'll run The 5k DoitforCharity in Greenwich,  wearing a nice Santa suit supporting people with MS and the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre. This organisation provide various services for those with MS especially emotional support. Although there is no physical cure as yet, the organisation is very helpful in getting those affected by MS through these though moments. 

Please help us to reach our target!!! Christmas is coming..does that ring a bell??
