Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Starting in May I will be walking the Scottish National Trail, 40 days, 536 miles, 863895 steps, (ish) from Kirk Yetholm to Cape Wrath.

I will travel from the soft rolling landscape of the Scottish borders, through the industrial central belt and the remote wild lands of the Scottish Highlands, before finishing up on the rugged North West coast at Cape Wrath.

I,  and many of my friends, spend a lot of time out and about in the hills, and the knowledge, that if the proverbial hits the fan, we can make a call and a dedicated team of volunteers will drop what they're doing and gear up to come and help us out is very comforting.

These volunteers are funded almost entirely by donations so every wee bit raised help them continue to get out and save lives.
