Mam was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and received treatment at the Marina Daglish centre at Aintree Hospital. 

Since her diagnosis, mam made regular donations to this charity which was close to her heart.

Mam passed away on 5th February after a short illness. She was at home with her two children, Glyn and Siân by her side. 

Although Mam was a keen gardener and loved flowers throughout her life she requested no flowers at her celebration of life but a donation to the Marina Daglish Appeal in her memory.
