Sarah Moore, Kristina Gardener and Sian Lanchbury are all cycling from Cardiff to Tenby on May 11 2013 (hopefully!).  The ride is 100 miles long and we have never done anything like this before.  We have done a huge amount of training over the past few months- which is needed if we've got any chance of going further than Swansea!  Any money we raise for the Noah's Ark Childrens Hospital would spur us on when the going gets tough. In particular at the bottom of 4 mile hill which as the name suggests is actually a 4mile long continuous climb to the top! Any donation, large or small, will be gratefully received.
