ONE VOICE

The ONE VOICE song group is a safe fun space where we can celebrate unity in diversity through song! It is open to people from all faiths and walks of life to come together, create some joy and raise money for the SHIVA TRUST to help people less fortunate than ourselves. You don't have to be a singer, you just have to have a heart and a voice! 

To register:

1. There is a weekly suggested donation of £5 per class. So pay here on JustGiving each week to join the group.
2. Once you have joined email Jonathan@shivatrust.org to let him know. He will send you the zoom link each week for the class.
   
3. You can bring a song you would like to sing and email the lyrics to Jonathan before Sunday so everyone else can join in too! This can be something from a spiritual path, or even John Lennon, Bob Marley or Tracy Chapman - whatever floats your boat!
4. Sing, enjoy, open your heart to GOD!

The money we raise each week for the Shiva Trust will have a direct impact on improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in both the UK and India. Shiva Trust works tirelessly to provide equal opportunities through its ‘empowering young people' project in the UK ‘empowering women's project‘ in India, Shri Vidya Math project in India, and much more. About Shiva Trust One Voice Song Group

Singing is an amazing way to open your heart and lift your spirit... when sung with a spiritual intention, to one’s chosen idea of God - it really gets you high!

• The One Voice song group is weekly, each Sunday at 7.30pm.
• The One Voice song group is a group for all faiths and also for those who don't have a God. 
• It is a group that acknowledges there are many ways to God and there are many ways to worship.
• It is a group that embraces and welcomes all, so people who just love to sing and would like to share their love of song then please come along. 
• In the One Voice song group, there will be lots of opportunities to share your own favourite songs from your own personal worship or from your own personal playlist.
• The One Voice song group is relaxed and informal and there is no need to have  a good singing voice, just an intention to connect with the God of your understanding and build an energy within to support this connection.
• There will be some simple breathing exercises to help us relax.
• There may be some fun vocal exercises to help us get loose
• We will have opportunity to hear songs from other faiths and to sing along with them in the hilarious 'zoom style'.
• We will break off into rooms to have more opportunities to sing together.
• There will also be time to chat and share with like minded people.
