I am taking part in this years' Great North Run on Sunday, 11th September in memory of Clive Massey who sadly passed away in December last year.  Clive was a devoted family man, wonderful friend and a keen active member of the community in which he lived.  He was also a very special person in my life; the nearest to a father I ever had.

I have set up this page in order to raise money for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation Organisation, a charity that was always close to his heart and who offered Clive and his family wonderful care and support following his diagnosis.

Sir Bobby launched his charity in 2008, within the NHS.  Its goal is to find more effective ways to detect and treat cancer and the work funded includes cutting edge cancer technology and the clinical trials of new drugs at the Sir Bobby Robson Cancer Trials Research Centre in Newcastle.

Please support me in raising money for an amazing charity who provided such loving care and support for a man who meant so much to me.
