Story
I have wanted to do a challenge for a little while now, and I have recently met my new housemate Louise, who wants to be crazy with me! I have been on a mission to get fit in recent months but this is something different and is going to be a massive personal (not to mention mental) challenge.
Over two days in July we are walking from Bath to Cheltenham which is 100km altogether, which is just over 62 miles.
We have started to train this week and will be investing in all the equipment we need over the next few months.
We may possibly need some new shoes?
Anything you can give to spur us on we would be very grateful - RIP our feet!!
We are taking part for the NSPCC and you can read what this great charity does below:
The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuseThat’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood.
