Yorkshire Cancer Research is a fantastic local charity that I have decided to support for the Great North Run this year. My friend works for them and I know that they work very hard in raising money to continue to research into the disease.

This year I aim to beat my previous time of 2 hours 28 mins by at least ten minutes and I hope to raise even more than last year too!
