Story
In loving memory of a special wife, mum, grandma, great grandma and friend Sheila Riding.
Sheila passed away peacefully on 23rd June 2020 after spending a few days reminiscing of fond memories with all of her family.
For many years Sheila had managed her diet after being diagnosed with coeliac disease. It was her wish that we could support the charity who help many people struggling with managing the disease just like her.
Sheila had a ‘sweet tooth’ and quickly found a way to continue her love of cake and biscuits whilst maintaining her diet. From special bread to a Sunday roast with gluten free gravy...... over the years more and more foods have become an option for those following a gluten free diet.
Coeliac disease is a condition where your immune system attacks your own tissues when you eat gluten. This damages your small intestine so you are unable to take in nutrients. Help us to raise money for Coeliac UK to enable them to continue their great work.
